Seth D. Schweitzer, Architect is a firm providing over twenty years of excellence in architectural design for commercial, retail, industrial, restaurant, religious and residential projects.  Our goal is to work with clients to create a design that meets their desired needs in an environmentally friendly and cost effective manner.  Seth Schweitzer, Principal, started the firm in 2003 with a Master's in Business Administration.  Adding the MBA to decades of large firm experience allows each client to be treated like a multi-million dollar corporation.

Our Principal has the LEED AP designation from the United States Green Building Council for Environmental Friendly design.
