Tennessee Cottage
This cottage style house encompasses 2,400 square feet.  The exterior of the house is Board and Batten siding with Stone feature wall at the covered porch.  Features include Master Bedroom with His/Her closets and Master Bath, two bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, Office, bonus room, a large open Kitchen/Dining/Living Room area, and a two car garage.  Added elements include large covered entry porch and pergola with gas connection for barbequing.










Lakeway Medical Center
Lakeway Medical Center is a 27,000 square foot medical office building.  The main structure is a pre-engineered metal building with conventional steel framing the corners and the center entrance area.  The skin of the building is composed of stone veneer and exterior insulation finish system.  The details of the metal canopy roof and specially selected light fixtures makes the building standout.  The tenant improvement packages completed for this building include a drug store, an audiologist, an urgent care facility, an orthopedic practice, a pediatric practice and an internal medicine practice.



Lenoir City Retail Center
Lenoir City Retail Center is a 12,000 square foot mixed-used building which consists of 16,000 square feet of retail space on the lower level and 8,000 square feet of office space on the upper level.  The main structure is a pre-engineered metal building with conventional framing for the second floor structure and the entry atrium for the offices.  The building veneer includes brick and exterior insulation finish system.

The retail and office tenant spaces were designed based on the specific requirements as defined by the tenant.




Citizens National Bank
Citizens National Bank project is a 4,600 square foot renovation of an existing facility.  To update the building, we revised the look of the 1970's building with columns and focal elements.  We also replaced the stone veneer with a brick and exterior insulation finish system to modernize the appearance.  The interior changes include revisions to the main lobby area, the reuse of oversized spaces to provide a conference room and additional offices, and updates to the restrooms.
